Ruth S Sitzer

December 13, 1940 – December 22, 2022. Ruth Sondra Sitzer of North Hills, CA passed away on December 22, 2022. She touched many lives in her 82 years. She married Jeffrey Arthur Sitzer on June 27, 1971 and together they raised two children. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. Through her work at Sepulveda Middle School, her camping club, her Mahjong games, and her social networks she made many life-long friends. She was an engaging, kind, generous, loving, and supportive woman who, throughout her life, enjoyed line dancing, square dancing, boating, supporting her community, traveling, camping in her trailer, shopping, and visiting craft fairs. She most loved caring for and being with her family, raising and caring for her dogs, and socializing with her friends. She leaves behind her loving husband Jeff, her adoring children David and Traci, her dear grandchildren Lindsey and Jordyn, her caring siblings Leah, Aaron, and Joseph, her treasured dog Gabbi, and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends, all of whom will cherish her memory. She will be missed dearly. She was laid to rest in Mount Sinai Memorial Park on Wednesday December 28, 2022.
