William "Bill" Weinman

William ("Bill") Weinman, beloved father, husband. grandfather, uncle, and friend, passed away peacefully on August 14, 2025 in Granada Hills, CA, at the age of 89.

Bill lived a life filled with love, humor, warmth, and kindness. He had the gift of gab, making anyone instantly feel comfortable and at ease around him. Whether it was striking up a conversation with the cashier at the grocery store, or regularly reaching out to family and friends to talk about anything and everything going in in their lives, Bill had a way of making everyone feel at home.

He grew up in Detroit, MI, and carried those roots proudly throughout his life. Moving to Los Angeles, CA in his mid-20's, he built not only a career as a mechanical engineer in the aerospace industry, but a family that was at the center of his world. His greatest joy was being surrounded by his wife, kids, and later grandkids - "Dad" and Grandpa" were his favorite roles, and he loved being involved in their lives.

If you ask people what they'll remember most, you'd hear about his warm smile, kind and loving heart, and his steady presence in the family. He leaves behind his wife Carole, sons Brad and Marco, daughter Lori, daughter-in-law Chiara, son-in-law Tom, and grandchildren Josiah, Tommy, and Jude, all who will carry on his spirit with every story retold, every lesson remembered, and every laugh shared. His love lives on in all of us.
