My heartfelt condolences to the Mandel family. This is heartbreaking news. Pam and I worked together for several years at Keyser Marston Associates, Inc., in San Diego. She was one of the kindest, most loving, caring, and generous people whom I have ever known. My love to the family, Noel Hollis
