Cesia Miller

Cesia Miller, 93, Holocaust Survivor.  Beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and friend to all who knew her.  She passed peacefully at home as she wished on 1/3/23.  She survived the Holocaust by hiding behind a false wall of an attic in her home town of Presymyl, Poland.  She was instrumental in convicting a Nazi war criminal by testifying in Argentina, and was portrayed in the movie “Hidden in Silence.”  She told her story to Steven Spielbergs’ company to be forever remembered with other Holocaust Survivors. A gentle woman on the outside but tough as nails on the inside.  She joins her husband Henry, and is survived by her children, Bill and Sharon, her grandchildren, Nicole, Eric, Madeline, Hannah and Joseph, and her great grandchildren Leonora,and Kennedy.  She will be missed along with her gefilte fish and apple strudel.   RIP
