Eileen Spiegelman

Eileen Spiegelman, beautiful and loving, passed away November 11, 2024 after bravely fighting cancer.  She lived life well.  She is survived by her children, grandchildren, a great grandchild and dear friends all of who love her deeply.  Eileen held many fulfilling roles, both personal and professional, including as a legal secretary, bookkeeper, homemaker, industrial buyer, collections agent, and retail store manager.  

She excelled at all she did. Whether it was baking for family and friends - her rugelach were beyond compare - or being a grandmother, Eileen was always the best.   No party was complete without her and her chopped liver in attendance.   Everybody knew once she entered a room.  She was loud and fun, leading the horah and dashing into the center like a force of nature.

Beyond her accomplishments, Eileen was also incredibly generous and caring.  She always took time to see how someone was doing and what she could do for them.  She volunteered at Saddleback Hospital where year after year she was recognized as the top salesperson in the gift store.  Eileen was very proud to give comfort to hospital visitors who were going through a difficult time. Whatever she was a part of, she gave it her all: family, friends, synagogue, work, or play.  

The radiant light of Eileen’s spirit will always shine bright in those she touched.  She will be dearly missed.
