Leslie Nordon, a lifelong Los Angeles resident whose kindness, warmth, and generosity touched countless lives, passed away surrounded by the love of her family.
Born and raised in Los Angeles, California, Leslie was deeply proud of her hometown. She attended Taft High School before continuing her education at UCLA, where she earned her undergraduate degree, and later attended Southwestern Law School. Her intelligence, determination, and compassion shaped not only her career but also the way she lived her life every day.
Leslie married the love of her life, Arthur Nordon, and together they built a beautiful life centered on love, family, and friendship. They raised two children, Helene and Michael, who were the pride and joy of her life.
Above all else, Leslie will be remembered for her extraordinary kindness. She had a remarkable ability to make everyone feel welcomed, valued, and loved. Her warmth drew people to her, and she cultivated lifelong friendships with an incredibly large circle of friends who cherished her deeply. Whether offering a listening ear, thoughtful advice, or simply her infectious smile, Leslie made a lasting impact on everyone fortunate enough to know her.
She found her greatest happiness in spending time with her family, especially her beloved granddaughters, Bonnie and Millie, who brought immeasurable joy to her life.
Leslie was preceded in death by her beloved mother, Janice; her father, Herbert; and her brother, Allen.
She is lovingly survived by her devoted husband, Arthur Nordon; her daughter, Helene; her son, Michael; her son-in-law, Jay; her daughter-in-law, Allison; her cherished granddaughters, Bonnie and Millie; her sister, Stacey; and countless extended family members and dear friends whose lives were forever enriched by her love and friendship.
Leslie’s legacy of compassion, generosity, and unwavering love for others will continue to live on in all who knew her. May her memory be a blessing.
