Myra was a wonderful person. She was kind and always there if you needed her. We were in book club together and she always made it fun and interesting. I enjoyed her company and we spent many hours talking about everything. She loved her family. She was so proud of her daughters and grandchildren. I have enjoyed knowing her. She will never fade from my memory. I love you Myra!

I worked with Myra at Musical Theatre West and Whittier La Miranda Theatre for over 25 years. We served on the board together and shared many wonderful expediences. She was good hearted and quick to volunteer, however, you did not trifle with her as she did not suffer the fool or tolerate boorish behavior. She spoke her mind and I was one who learned many wonderful things from her She cannot be replaced but will be remembered. Joe P Moore Jr

i especially remember Myra for her deep love of family. Over the years Linda and I, and sometimes our daughter Rebecca, have had many wonderful moments of connection. The ones that stand out to me are Rebecca's Bat Mitzvah; Rebecca and Quang's marriage; the beautiful party that Myra and Dave hosted with so many of the relatives including Jerry; Maddi's graduation from Yale lunch. Myra was always warm and welcoming even at times I could see she was in physical discomfort. These memories will live on in me and be a good example of fostering family togetherness.

No one could ask for a better cousin than I had in Myra. She was always a good listener, with a smile on her face. I was lucky that she had a love of travelling so I was able to see her in NYC and New Haven. One early memory I have is driving with my parents for a Passover seder at the home of Auntie Ida and Uncle Abe and my four cousins. (We picked up Mrs. Raskin, Aunt Ida's mother, on the way.) I felt welcomed by all my cousins, but Myra was the oldest and my favorite. I will miss her voice, her smile, her unique presence. May her memory be a blessing.
