Bernard Ribons (Poppy)

September 29, 1929 – June 7, 2011

Bernard “Poppy” Ribons, age 81, passed away suddenly.  Born in Poland, Bernard was a Holocaust and concentration camp survivor. He came to the US in 1956 with his beautiful wife Rachel. They were married for 55 years.  Along with Rachel, he is survived by his daughter Laureen Waterman; Son Paul (Patty) Ribons; grandchildren, Matthew and Lacey Waterman; brother Jacques (Sandy) Ribons and many loving family and friends. Poppy’s love, humor and smile will surely be missed by all who knew him.
