Beverly J. Klaven

It is with great sadness that we inform you of the passing of Beverly Klaven who passed peacefully on November 21, 2023.  Beverly will be greatly missed by her loving children, Marcy (Jerry) Hilecher, Steve (Merija) Klaven, Jeff (Janet) Klaven, and Kerrie (Joe) Aiello and 10 grandchildren who adored her.   Born in St. Louis August 22, 1931 and married to Marvin Klaven in 1951 they lived most of their life in Decatur, Illinois.  Bev lived a full, extraordinary, and enriching life.  She connected with people in a way that made an impact on their lives.  She lived an very full life and spent it doing the things she loved; spending time with her family and friends, acting, teaching, cooking and traveling the world with her husband Marvin.  She was  adored by her friends and neighbors, and worshipped by her loving grandchildren and will be deeply missed.   A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, November 30, 2023, at 10:00am at Mount Sinai Simi Valley - Kamenir Chapel located at 6150 Mount Sinai Drive, Simi Valley, CA 93063.   A Meal of Condolence will be held immediately following the funeral at the home of Marcy and Jerry Hilecher located at 9729 Belmar Avenue, Northridge, CA 91324.   A Shiva Minyan will be held on Thursday, November 30, 2023, at 7:00pm at the home Marcy and Jerry Hilecher located at 9729 Belmar Avenue, Northridge, CA 91324.
