Dr. William A. Dasher

William Dasher passed away peacefully with his family by his side on September 21, 2007. Born in Jersey City, NJ, March 1, 1915, he was the devoted son of Samuel and Beckie and a caring brother to Herman (Elsie), Jack (Libby), and Ruth. Always a loving father to Diane (Bruce), Robert (Rudy), Deborah (G.S.), and Richard, caring uncle to Michael, Jeffrey (Ronnie), and David, kind and funny grandpa to Laurie (Rick), Matthew, Shawn (Beau), Oceana, and Daniella, and a silly great grandpa to Kristiana, Alexis, Eric, Kaitlyn, and Jacob. William, Dad, Uncle Bill, Grandpa, Papa Bill, Dr. Dasher, Colonel William Dasher, friend, and mentor, will be missed by many. Kind with a gentle smile, he touched the hearts of those who were part of his life. A physician who loved the challenge of science and possessed the gentle touch of a healing hand, you will be dearly missed, but always in our hearts.
